A MAN from Kinmel Bay was fined after his vehicle was found not to meet his insurance requirements.
Fraser Stones, 25, of Parc Tudur, was accused of being the registered keeper of a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements on May 20, 2022.
He was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on January 24.
Stones is to pay a £220 fine, costs of £140, and a £34 surcharge.
This totalled £394, to be paid in full by March 10.
