A MAN from Prestatyn was fined after admitting drunk and disorderly behaviour in Rhyl.
Ian Thomas, 44, of Llys Y Gadlas, Meliden, was accused of such behaviour on Wellington Road on December 16, 2022.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on January 11.
Thomas was fined £120, and ordered to pay a £48 victim surcharge, as well as £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
This totalled £253, to be paid as a full lump sum within 28 days.
An application was made for deductions from his benefits.
