BELOW is a round-up of all of the criminals in Denbighshire, Conwy, Anglesey or Gwynedd, whose prison sentencings were covered by the Journal, Pioneer or Chronicle in December.

Alex Coxon

Coxon, of Rhys Avenue, Kinmel Bay, was jailed for possession of a mobile phone while serving as a prisoner at HMP Berwyn.

A former prison officer was also jailed for starting an inappropriate relationship with Coxon while he was serving his previous sentence.

Daniel Crabtree

Crabtree, of Bennett Street, Hyde, Greater Manchester, was jailed after he was found guilty of eight counts of theft from the same store in Rhyl.

He stole alcohol from the Co-op store on Ffordd Elan three times each on November 23 and 28, and once each on November 26 and 29.

Christopher Rutter and Bexley Myers

Rutter, 40, of Denbigh, and Myers, 27, of Rhyl, were jailed for their involvement in a gang which flooded the streets of North Wales with thousands of pounds' worth of drugs.

A third man, Hayden Pendleton, 36, of Liverpool, was also jailed.

Shaw, 50, of Beach Road, Bangor, was jailed after sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl on the rail network in North Wales.

He was accused of showing a "blatant disregard to his victim, who repeatedly told him she was 15".
