A MAN from Prestatyn is to pay a four-figure sum after pleading guilty to exhibiting threatening behaviour.
Stuart Glenn, 46, of Beverley Drive, was accused of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with intent to cause or provoke fear of violence towards Karen Hughes, in Gronant on June 25.
He pleaded guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on December 22.
Glenn was ordered to pay a £769 fine, £85 in costs, and a £308 victim surcharge.
This totalled £1,162, to be paid in monthly instalments of £75 from January 22, 2023.
