A MAN has been jailed after he was found guilty of eight counts of theft in Rhyl.
Daniel Crabtree, of Bennett Street, Hyde, Greater Manchester, was accused of stealing alcohol from the Co-op store on Ffordd Elan three times each on November 23 and 28, and once each on November 26 and 29.
He was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on December 1.
Crabtree was sentenced to 16 weeks’ imprisonment.
The court ordered Crabtree, who had a record of previous convictions, to pay a £154 victim surcharge upon his release.
