A MAN from Rhyl is to pay in excess of £200 after pleading guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour in the town.
Anthony Ryan, 55, of Brighton Road, was accused of such behaviour on the same road on November 8.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on November 23.
The court ordered Ryan to pay a £100 fine, £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £40 victim surcharge.
This totalled £225, to be paid as a full lump sum within 28 days.
An application was made for deductions from his benefits.
