POLICE were called to Rhyl railway station last weekend.
This was shortly after 4pm on Saturday, December 3 due to "concern for the welfare of a man".
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: "Officers were called to Rhyl station at 4.09pm on December 3 following concern for the welfare of a man.
"He was taken to a place of safety."
