A MAN from Prestatyn received a conditional discharge after committing theft at a shop in Rhyl.
David Earnshaw, 49, of Meliden, was accused of stealing four pairs of Adidas tracksuit bottoms worth a total of £140 from Sports Direct in Rhyl on September 21.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on November 23.
Earnshaw received a conditional discharge of six months.
