A MAN from St Asaph was fined after he was found guilty of careless driving while in the city.
Raymond Searle, 72, of Ffordd Siarl, was accused of driving a Ford vehicle without due care and attention on Upper Denbigh Road on May 18.
He pleaded guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on November 16.
Searle was fined £80.
He was also ordered to pay £110 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £34 victim surcharge.
This made a total payment of £224, to be paid in full by December 14.
Searle also received five penalty points on his driving record.
