A MAN from Rhyl was jailed after he was found guilty of breaching his restraining order.
Paul Evans, 42, of Bodfor Street, was accused of harassing Ceri Jones between November 13-17, which he was prohibited from doing by an order made by Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 30, 2021.
He was found guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on November 17.
Evans was jailed for 16 weeks, after the court had heard that this was the sixth time he had breached his restraining order.
The court also ordered him to pay a £154 victim surcharge by February 1, 2023.
