A LANDLORD forum will be held in Rhyl later this week.
The event will be held at Russell House in Rhyl on November 24 and will be aimed at landlords who own and rent out residential properties in Denbighshire.
At this year’s forum, The Denbighshire Homeless Prevention team will be providing an update about the Private Rented Leasing Scheme.
The National Residential Landlord Association will also be there to outline the changes to the Renting Homes Act which comes into effect on December 1.
Rent Smart Wales will also be present at the event to give their updates.

Held from 5-8pm, this forum will provide a voice for landlords and allow them to raise any issues that may concern them.
Cllr Rhys Thomas, cabinet lead member for housing and communities, said: “This is a great opportunity for landlords to get greater clarity on the Renting Homes Act that is coming into action soon.
“One of our main aims is to make sure that there is quality housing which is safe, secure, and well-maintained available to the people of our county.
“This event also allows landlords to voice their opinions, as well as network with other local property owners.”
