A WOMAN from Prestatyn has been ordered to pay more than £100 after she breached her criminal behaviour order.
Samantha Phythian, 31, of Victoria Avenue, was accused of entering a property on High Street, Holywell on November 2.
She was prohibited from doing so by a two-year order made by Mold Magistrates’ Court on May 12.
Phythian was found guilty at Wrexham Maelor Magistrates’ Court on November 2.
The court ordered her to pay a £40 fine, and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, making a total payment of £125.
Her criminal behaviour order remains in effect.
