A MAN from Rhyl has been fined after he was found guilty of committing two racially aggravated offences.

Stuart Whales, 32, of East Parade, was accused of causing Georgia Mece and Julia Circule harassment, alarm or distress through racially aggravated offences in Deeside on May 28.

He was found guilty of both on October 14.

At Mold Magistrates’ Court on November 10, Whales was ordered to pay £200 in compensation and £160 in fines; £100 and £80 respectively for each offence.

Whales will also pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £95 victim surcharge.
