A MAN from Kinmel Bay is to pay compensation and avoid alcohol after pleading guilty to causing criminal damage to property.
Thomas Jones, 30, of Argoed, was accused of causing £925.36 of damage to a Citroen C3 vehicle belonging to Garry Riding in Carnforth, Lancashire on March 12.
He pleaded guilty on September 21.
At Preston Magistrates’ Court on October 19, Jones was ordered to pay £500 in compensation.
This will be paid via £25 monthly instalments, from November 16.
He is also to abstain from consuming alcohol for 90 days, and complete up to 20 days’ rehabilitation activity.
