A MAN from Rhyl is to pay in excess of £800 after he was found guilty of driving carelessly.
Karl Reeves, 65, of Balmoral Grove, was accused of driving a Honda vehicle on the A5 in Aston, Shropshire on April 3 without due care and attention.
He was found guilty on October 28 at Worcester Magistrates' Court.
Reeves was ordered to pay a £660 fine, costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £90, and a victim surcharge of £66.
This totalled £816, to be paid by November 25.
His driving record received eight penalty points.
