A MAN has been ordered to pay nearly £250 after pleading guilty to not wearing a seatbelt while driving in Towyn.
Johnathan Farrell, 25, of First Avenue, Wrexham, was accused of driving a Peugeot vehicle while not wearing a belt on the A548 on April 9.
He pleaded guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on October 21.
Farrell was fined £123, and is to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
This totalled £247, to be paid by November 18.
