GWRYCH Castle shared a "dramatic throwback" from last year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! as the latest series got underway.
Gwrych Castle, near Abergele, hosted the ITV show in 2020 and 2021. This was due to Covid-19 travel restrictions.
The launch episode on Sunday night saw a new batch of 10 celebrities enter the Australian jungle for the first time since 2019.
Posting on Facebook on November 7, the historic landmark said: "We’re feeling very nostalgic watching I’m A Celebrity tonight! Here’s a dramatic throwback from last year’s show."
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! put contestants straight to the test last night.
Former England footballer Jill Scott, Loose Women star Charlene White and comedian Babatunde Aleshe were whisked off by a helicopter to the Focus building in Surfers Paradise, Queensland, to take on the show’s new version of the infamous plank.
And Love Island star Olivia Attwood and radio DJ Chris Moyles got a taste of the high life as they jumped out of a chopper at 10,000ft.
After completing the jump first, an emotional Attwood said: “Oh my god I’m crying, that’s the most amazing thing I’ve ever done, ever. That is incredible. Top 10 experience of my life. Just amazing.”
