A PUB in Towyn is to shut its doors at the end of November for a number of months so that maintenance work can be carried out at its premises.
The Morton Arms, on Sandbank Road, will close on November 30, and is due to re-open on March 1, 2023.
Anyone who had tickets for the pub’s New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31 can either claim a refund by visiting the premises.
Alternatively, you can keep your tickets for New Year’s Eve in 2023, when they will still be valid.

A post on the pub’s Facebook on Saturday (November 5) read: “From November 30, The Morton Arms will be closing until March 1, 2023 due to works needed to be carried out on the premises.
“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for all your support throughout the year. It goes beyond words how grateful we are to you all.
“We would also like to thank the management team and our amazing entertainment manager, Darren, for all of his hard work this year, and all of our amazing staff who have worked so tirelessly throughout the season.
“Everyone at The Morton Arms wishes you all the very best for the new year and hope you all have an amazing Christmas, and we will see you all in 2023.”
