At ground floor the Foresters Show Bar would be extended to enlarge is capacity whilst providing flexibility for social distance if required in future along with a substantial refurbishment of the show bar with new stage etc.

"The proposal would contribute to all these objective and providing for a robust and flexible response to the need to move into the post-covid recovery period."

If given the go-ahead, the build would be contemporary in style and would be created using Tier Stone cladding, Marley Cedral Click Pewter Grey- Rockpanel Cladding (grey and beige colours), have a Dark Grey standing seam roof and black windows and doors.

The statement added: "Rhyl is subject of major National and Local projects of regeneration and funding to bring about a sea change in perception, investing in new facilities and housing to turn in it into a 21st Century resort and destination.

"Occupying a key coastal location on the approach to Rhyl from the East (A548), Lyons Robin Hood is the main group park. It offers both holiday lodge ownership and holiday lettings.

"Investment in the park is a continuing process."
