SHOPPERS at the Sainsbury’s store in Rhuddlan are currently unable to purchase items from its fridges or freezers due to them requiring “maintenance”.
Residents first noticed this issue at the Rhyl Road supermarket yesterday morning (October 30), with the chain trying to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

A Sainsbury’s spokesperson said: “The freezers and chillers at our Rhyl superstore require maintenance and are temporarily unavailable.
“We’re working hard to ensure they’re up and running as soon as possible and would like to thank our customers for their patience while we complete this work.
“We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.”
