A MAN from Rhyl is to pay almost £300 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Llanddulas.
John Boyes, 24, of Hen Afon Road, was accused of possessing the Class B drug on August 17.
He was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on October 17.
Boyes was ordered to pay a fine of £150, costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a victim surcharge of £60.
This totalled £295, to be paid in full by November 14.
The cannabis was ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
