A MAN from Rhyl is to pay in excess of £300 after pleading guilty to failing to surrender to custody in Llandudno and to using threatening behaviour.
Connor Ball, 21, of Marsh Road, was accused of the following:
- Using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Rhydwen Close, Rhyl on September 26.
- Failing to surrender to custody at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on October 14, having been released on bail on September 26 at St Asaph Police Station.
He pleaded guilty to both offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on October 17.
Ball was fined £160, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a victim surcharge of £64.
This totalled £309, to be paid as a full lump sum within 28 days.
An application was made by the court for deductions from Ball’s benefits.
