A MAN from Abergele has been jailed after he was found guilty of three offences, including Class B drug possession in Rhyl and fraud.
Marc Wilson, 32, of Marine Road, Pensarn, was accused of the following:
- Committing fraud by false representation in Abergele on December 14, 2021.
- Possession of cannabis on Crescent Road, Rhyl on September 16.
- Driving a quad bike on Crescent Road, Rhyl while disqualified on September 16.
He was found guilty of all three offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on October 3.
Wilson was sentenced to 40 weeks’ imprisonment, and was banned from driving for four years.
The court did not impose costs, but ordered that the cannabis be forfeited and destroyed.
