Anthony Mills, 48, of Abergele Road, was accused of the following:
- Carrying a eight-inch kitchen knife on Faenol Avenue, Abergele on May 6.

- Causing £90 of criminal damage to a bamboo trellis belonging to Kelly Pitt in Old Colwyn on June 16.

He was found guilty of all seven offences.
At Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on October 3, Mills was sentenced to a year’s imprisonment.
The reason for his custody was due to him “failing to stop for an officer”.
He was disqualified from driving for three-and-a-half years, while the court ordered that he have the knife confiscated.
No costs were imposed on Mills due to his custody and lack of means.
