A MAN from Towyn is to pay in excess of £200 after pleading guilty to exhibiting threatening behaviour in the town.
Matthew Maddison, 48, of Llys Charles, was accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Towyn on March 19.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on September 30.
Maddison was fined £120, and is to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £34 victim surcharge.
This totalled £239, which he will pay in monthly, £60 instalments from October 30.
