A MAN from Rhyl has returned to prison after not complying with post-custodial requirements following his release, and with the sex offenders register’s notification requirements.
David Nash, 27, of Clwyd Street, was released from prison on July 1, and ordered to reside each night at a supported housing project on this street, which is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Nash was accused of failing to reside there on August 4, 28, 30 and 31.
He admitted to these breaches at Mold Magistrates’ Court on September 10.
