THE William Morgan in Prestatyn has gone on the market, with the plot to go to auction on September 20.
The pub has a guide price of £1.15million plus, and is up for auction with estate agent Allsopp.
The establishment is on the bustling High Street of the town, near other favourites in shopping park Parc Prestatyn and other stores and eateries along the main road.
With the pub just 100 metres from Prestatyn Station, the A55 Expressway lies just five miles to the south, giving the pub quick transport links.
The 500 square metre premises also includes a beer garden with approximately 30 covers.
The pub is named after Bishop William Morgan, the Welsh Bishop of Llandaff and of St Asaph who translated the first version of the whole Bible into Welsh.
