A PERSON was taken to hospital after an incident on a street in Rhyl yesterday afternoon (September 5).
This was on Ernest Street, with police, fire and ambulance services all in attendance.
Unconfirmed eyewitness reports told the Journal that they saw "someone walking along the roof".
The road was described as being "blocked off at the top end of Ernest Street".
At least four police vehicles attended the incident, which resulted in a casualty being transferred to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “We were called shortly after 5pm yesterday to an incident concerning the safety of a man on Ernest Street, Rhyl.
“Officers attended, along with colleagues from the Welsh Ambulance Service and the North Wales Fire and Rescue Service.”
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 6.30pm yesterday to an incident on Ernest Street in Rhyl.
“We deployed a rapid response vehicle and an emergency ambulance.
“One patient was conveyed to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd for further treatment."

A North Wales Fire and Rescue service spokesperson added: “We sent an appliance and the Ariel ladder platform to the incident and used ladders.
“The call was received at 5.21pm.”
