A MAN from Rhyl has been ordered to pay in excess of £150 after he pleaded guilty to speeding while driving in Gwynedd.
Gregory Evans, 54, of Ffordd Las, was accused of driving a Hyundai vehicle on the A55 at a speed exceeding the limit of 40mph on January 15.
He pleaded guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on August 18.

Evans was fined £40, and ordered to pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
This totalled £164, which he is to pay by September 15.
His driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.
