MILITARY dog displays have been added to the array of exciting attractions at the Rhyl Air Show this bank holiday weekend.
The RAF Military Dog Displays, at Rhyl Events Arena, will kick proceedings off on both days (August 27 and 28) at 12.15pm.
A second show will take place later on both days, too.
The award-winning Rhyl Air Show is back for the first time since 2019, with the Red Arrows and Typhoon also confirmed for both dates.
The ground displays and trade stands will open in and near Rhyl Events Arena from 11am.
Times are subject to change and are weather-dependent.
Rhyl Air Show schedule – Saturday, August 27
- 12.15pm: RAF Military Dog Display (Events Arena)
• 2-3pm: Silver Stars Parachute Display Team, RAF Typhoon.
• 3-4pm: Team Raven Aerobatic Display Team, RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
- 3.50pm: RAF Military Dog Display (Events Arena)
• 4-5pm: Calidus Autogyro, Steve Carver Aerobatic Display Extra 300, RAF Red Arrows.
Rhyl Air Show schedule – Sunday, August 28
- 12.15pm: RAF Military Dog Display (Events Arena)
• 2-3pm: RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Steve Carver Aerobatic Display Extra 300.
• 3-4pm: Red Devils Parachute Display Team, RAF Typhoon, Calidus Autogyro.
- 3.35pm: RAF Military Dog Display (Events Arena)
• 4-5pm: Aero L-39 Albatross, RAF Red Arrows.

The Rhyl Air Show is a free event, while on Saturday from 5pm, 1891 restaurant and terrace is holding an after-party at the Rhyl Pavilion Theatre.
