A NEW video game store has opened inside a shopping centre in Rhyl.
“GB Games” celebrated its first day of business at the White Rose Centre, on Church Street, on Monday (August 22).
Based at Unit 16B in the centre, next to The Fragrance Shop, it be a video game shop initially, but will also be selling “Pokémon” and “Yu-Gi-Oh!” cards, models, posters and much more.
It has been set up Gareth Brayshaw, formerly of The Games Exchange.

A spokesperson for the White Rose Centre said: “The White Rose Centre are excited to announce that we had a new store open on Monday, August 22.
“GB Games have opened in Unit 16B (next to The Fragrance Shop).
“They have come into the centre with Gareth Brayshaw at the helm – Gareth is very much up-to-date with his games and gaming, as he is the old manager of the now-closed Games Exchange.
“The centre would like to wish him all the success with this business and hopefully, others will see the positivity in the town.
“We currently have a small number of other units available within the centre, with the opportunity for a café.”
GB Games will be open from Monday to Saturday between 9.30am and 5pm, and closed on Sundays.
