A MAN has been ordered to pay in excess of £300 after he pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour and resisting a police officer in Rhyl.
Tyrone Saunders, 20, of Whittle Drive West, Kidderminster, was accused of exhibiting such behaviour, and of resisting PC Smith, on Water Street on July 24.
He pleaded guilty to both offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 10.

Saunders was fined £250, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
This made a total payment of £335.
