A MAN from Abergele is to serve a suspended sentence after he pleaded guilty to two driving offences.
Russell Noble, 25, of Poppy Road, was accused of driving a Ford Transit vehicle on the A55 in Rhuallt while disqualified and without a third party insurance on June 15.
He pleaded guilty to both offences on July 27 at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court.

On August 10, Noble was sentenced to 18 weeks’ imprisonment, suspended for 18 months.
Noble is also to complete 150 hours’ unpaid work within 12 months, and a 35-day programme.
He was disqualified from driving for a further six years and four months.
The court ordered Noble to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £128 victim surcharge.
This totalled £213, which he is to pay in weekly instalments of £25 from August 30.
