A MAN has received a ban from the roads and must complete unpaid work after he pleaded guilty to drink-driving in St Asaph.
Denis Sumuswi, 25, of Eagle Street, Bradmore, was accused of driving a Kia Picanto vehicle on Glascoed Road with 90 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath on May 27.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 10.

Sumuswi was given a two-year driving ban, which will be reduced by six months should he complete an obligatory course by December 23, 2023.
The court ordered to undertake 110 hours’ unpaid work, and pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £95 victim surcharge.
This amounted to a total of £180, which he is to pay in monthly, £25 instalments from August 24.
