A PERSON was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving following a two-vehicle crash on Prestatyn High Street on Saturday evening (August 13).
An eyewitness, who saw one of the vehicles “smashed and in police tape” early on Sunday afternoon, shared the above photo with the Journal.

A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “We received a call at 11.59pm on Saturday night reporting a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the High Street, Prestatyn.
“Officers attended and one person was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst under the influence of alcohol.”
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson added: “We were called on August 13, at 11:39pm to reports of a road traffic collision involving one car on the High Street in Prestatyn.
"We were subsequently stood down by police.”
