A MAN from Prestatyn has been banned from the roads and fined after pleading guilty to drink-driving in Colwyn Bay.
Luke Lewis, 24, of Bastion Gardens, was accused of driving a Yamaha motorcycle on Abergele Road on June 10 with 84 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 8.

Mr Lewis was disqualified from driving for three years, and fined £600.
He must also pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, making a total payment of £685.
