A NON-profit organisation based in Rhyl made two generous donations to organisations in Prestatyn and Rhyl yesterday (August 11).
Fundraising group “Belief”, who last month paid £3,750 for a special bed for a Rhyl girl who cannot sleep flat, first made a donation to Prestatyn and Meliden Foodbank.
Steve Evans, founding member of Belief, said: “(They are a) great bunch of volunteers working hard to make sure families don't go hungry.
“With demand, only set to rise we will continue to help where we can.”

Then, then Belief went on to North Wales Women's Centre on Water Street, Rhyl, after seeing an appeal on Facebook.
The charity turned up with various supplies of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, deodorant and toothpaste to donate.
Steve added: “Another fantastic organisation helping women in need – I’m so pleased we could help.”
