A MAN from Kinmel Bay has been ordered to pay in excess of £200 after he pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer.

John Trafford, 41, of Rhys Avenue, was accused of resisting PC Jones, while she was acting in the execution of her duty, in Kinmel Bay on May 12.

He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 3.

Mr Trafford was fined £150, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.

This made a total payment of £235.
