A RESIDENT of Prestatyn has been banned from the roads and fined after being found guilty of driving without a licence and third party insurance.
Kader Chowdhury, 32, of Beach Road East, was accused of driving a Volkswagen vehicle on Owain Glyndwr, Kinmel Bay, without such insurance or a licence on July 4.
Chowdhury pleaded guilty to both offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 1.

The court disqualified Chowdhury from driving for seven months.
Chowdhury was also fined £150 for driving without third party insurance, and £200 from driving without a licence.
Chowdhury is also to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £80 victim surcharge.
This made a total of £515, which Chowdhury is to pay in weekly, £50 instalments from August 30.
