DENBIGHSHIRE residents have been advised to secure their vehicles following a spate of thefts in the region.
North Wales Police (NWP) say a number of cars and motorcycles have been stolen in the area in the last three weeks.
NWP Denbighshire Coastal and Abergele said: “We are advising members of the public to be vigilant following a series of theft of motor vehicles, including cars and motorcycles, in the Denbighshire coastal area including Towyn, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl and Prestatyn over the last three weeks.
“Local officers are encouraging the public to secure their vehicles within garages if possible, or consider the use of steering wheel locks, trackers or immobilisers for their vehicles.”
