A MAN from St Asaph has been ordered to pay in excess of £100 after he was found guilty of drunk and disorderly behaviour in Rhyl.
Philip Morris, 53, of Bro Havard, was accused of exhibiting such behaviour on Garnett Avenue on July 13.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 29.

Mr Morris was fined £40, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
This amounted to a total payment of £125.
