A BOY aged 13 insulted two Police Community Support Officers before he ran off after anti-social behaviour was alleged in Rhyl town centre, a youth court heard today (August 2).
An existing referral order was extended by four months at Llandudno court, so he has to work with the youth justice team.

Prosecutor Sara Worland said the area had been busy with shoppers and onlookers appeared shocked by the boy’s conduct.
Sarah Yates, defending, said the boy was vulnerable.
He admitted disorderly behaviour in April and shoplifting.
