A PERSON was taken to hospital following an incident in Rhyl yesterday (July 31) which was attended by two air ambulances.
The person was transported to the Royal Liverpool University Hospital after the incident, which also saw an emergency ambulance at the scene in the early afternoon.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 12.20pm yesterday to an incident on River Street, Rhyl.
“We sent an emergency ambulance and two air ambulances to the scene, where crews were also supported by an operations manager.
“One person was taken by road to the Royal Liverpool University Hospital.”

A Wales Air Ambulance spokesperson added: "I can confirm that Wales Air Ambulance attended an incident yesterday in the Rhyl area.
"Our Caernarfon and Welshpool aircrafts were both mobile at 12.35.
"Following treatment from our on-board medics, we escorted the patient in a road ambulance to Aintree University Hospital, Liverpool.
"Our involvement concluded at 3.41pm."
Attempts have been made to contact North Wales Police for further comments.
