A MAN has been fined and banned from the roads after he was found guilty of drink-driving in St Asaph.
Christopher Roberts, 48, of Bryn Garth, Denbigh, was accused of driving a Ford Fiesta vehicle on Upper Denbigh Road on June 26 with 66 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
Mr Roberts pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 18.

He was banned from driving for 32 months, including a 12-month extension period due to him committing the offence while in custody.
The court also fined Mr Roberts £150, to be paid in full by July 31.
No further costs were imposed due to his lack of means and him already having spent time in custody.
