A CONVICTED sex offender from Rhyl was jailed after failing to comply with the register’s notification requirements.
Darrell Pell, 37, of no fixed abode, was accused, without reasonable excuse, of failing to provide periodic notification on or by June 2.
These notification requirements include names, addresses, all foreign travel, bank account details and passport information, among others.

He was sentenced to 26 weeks’ imprisonment at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 20, due to his “flagrant disregard for court orders”.
No costs were imposed on Mr Pell due to his lack of means.
