A MAN is to pay more than £350 after he was found guilty of drunk and disorderly behaviour and of Class B drug possession in North Wales.

James Rickards, 24, of Cae Clyd, Craig-y-Don, was accused of drunk and disorderly on Upper Mostyn Street, Llandudno, and of cannabis possession in St Asaph, both on July 4.

He was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 18.

For drunk and disorderly, Mr Rickards was fined £100, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.

He was fined a further £150 for possession of cannabis.

This amounted to a total of £369, which he is to pay in monthly instalments of £25 from July 31.
