A WOMAN is to undertake unpaid work and pay more than £250 after she was found guilty of assaulting a man at a holiday park in Towyn.
Danielle Green, 31, of Ashbank Road, Liverpool, was accused of assaulting Byron Wilson-Noon at Ty Mawr Holiday Park on June 9 by beating him.
She was also accused of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with the intent to cause Mr Wilson-Noon harassment, alarm or distress.
Green pleaded guilty to both offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 20.

The court ordered her to complete 80 hours of unpaid work by July 19, 2023, and to undertake a maximum of 20 days’ rehabilitation activity.
Green is also to pay compensation of £100, as well as £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £95 victim surcharge.
This total of £280 is to be paid as a full lump sum within 28 days.
An application was also made by the court for deductions from Green’s benefits.
