A RESIDENT from Rhyl has been fined after being found guilty of causing criminal damaged to property in Conwy.
Kayahan Kirgiz, 25, of Arfon Grove, was accused of damaging a frame, lock and centre panel of the front door belonging to Jamie Smith in Old Colwyn on November 13, 2021.
Kirgiz was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 20.

The court fined Kirgiz £93, and also issued costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and a £34 victim surcharge.
This totalled £212, which Kirgiz is to pay in weekly, £25 instalments from August 18.
