A MAN from Rhyl has been ordered to pay in excess of £250 after he was found guilty of drunk and disorderly behaviour in the town.
Nicholas Barratt, 36, of Bridgegate Road, was accused of such behaviour on Wellington Road on June 19.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 6.

Mr Barratt was fined £123, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
The court also ordered him to pay a £49 victim surcharge, making a total payment of £257.
He is to pay this in monthly instalments of £100, from July 29.
