A RESIDENT of Rhyl has received a conditional discharge after being found guilty of threatening behaviour and resisting a policeman in the town.
Carter Alcock, 18, of Balmoral Grove, was accused of exhibiting such behaviour, and of resisting PC Stevens, on January 29.
He pleaded guilty to both offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 6.

Mr Alcock received a conditional discharge of 12 months, and was ordered to pay £50 in compensation.
He must also pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £22 victim surcharge.
This totalled £157, which he is to pay in full by August 5.
A third offence, regarding criminal damage worth £350 to a while Volkswagen Tiguan vehicle, was dismissed after no evidence was offered.
Mr Alcock had pleaded not guilty to this offence on June 29.
